Meet Dr. Tammy
A physician on a personal mission — and the reason this program exists.
Dr. Tammy is a seasoned medical doctor in Northwest Arkansas specializing in bioidentical hormones, regenerative medicine and functional integrative medicine.
Her passion is deeply personal. After years of hormone imbalance, post-childbirth weight struggles and simply not feeling like herself, she refused to accept “off” as normal — and went looking for real, science-based answers.
She had seen the gaps before: as a child, watching the medical system fall short while her father battled late-stage cancer. So she built the practice she wished existed — no quick fixes, no one-size-fits-all protocols. Advanced testing, bioidentical hormone therapy and a whole-body approach, tailored to one woman at a time.
